if you follow enough GoT blogs, chances are you can see an entire episode in gifsets without ever having to watch the ep itself.
Me whenever I hear mention/discussion of any of the following:
- Game of Thrones/ASOIAF
- Harry Potter
well yeah.. till you realise he kills other people’s children as ritual to protect his treasuring horde. IDK Earl, as a grieving father why would you inflict that on other parents?
if a 2-3 week hiatus does this to the SPN fabdom…(you read that right).. what would ya’ll do with a 10 month+ hiatus?
in the meanwhile people are doing everything they can to get the FUCK out of Westeros.

Anonymous asked: What was your first fandom; you know, the one that first drove you into fangirl madness? Mine was A:TLA
DROVE me into fangirl madness?
Well see I read Harry Potter first when I was 13. I was a fan of the books.. but not like.. FAAAAAN
Moved to America right? And then LOTR was all teh rage. And I remember watching ROTK.
My friend told me about the Very Secret Diaires by Cassandra Claire.
I read those.
Then I discovered something called fanfiction. It was called Draco Dormiens.
I was intrigued.
I read all of that in 1 afternoon.
And I discovered fanart that was attached to different chapters of it..
Which led me to deviantart.
The rest is history.
so a mix of Harry Potter, LOTR and Cassandra Claire is the reason I am the fangirl I am today.
“So once again, the day is saved! Thanks to….AMON!”
“I did not!”
“Come on, yes you did!”
“NO I DID NOT!”
“Alright, alright, you didn’t. Sheesh. Talk about your grumpy monkey”
MOTHER OF GOD…

The Avengers fandom:
The Game of Thrones Fandom:
It’s true isn’t it?
Basically. Except fandom wouldn’t be able to maintain its distance. It’d be behind him with its hands wrapped around his arms trying to demonstrate how to “correctly handle a sword”…
uhm. yes. You are most correct.
It’s true isn’t it?
